What counts as a "response"?
One response is a single prompt run on a single AI engine, once. Starter includes ~2,500 a month, Growth ~11,000.
How does the free trial work?
Create an account and you get 7 days free: ChatGPT tracking on 10 of your real buyer questions, no credit card. It shows you exactly where you stand. When the trial ends, access stops until you pick a plan; everything you set up is saved and waiting.
What if I hit my monthly response limit?
Top up response credits on any paid plan ($10 per 500 responses), or upgrade. We always show your usage so there are no surprises.
How do I track more prompts?
Upgrade your plan: Starter tracks 25, Growth 70, Scale is custom. The prompt count is the real limit, not a shared pool. Prompts scale by plan, not credits.
What are the Grok and Gemini add-ons?
Optional add-ons on any paid plan: your prompts tracked on that engine, $19/mo each on Starter and $29/mo on Growth, cancel anytime. Scale includes both.
Can I have more than one user?
Yes. Every paid plan includes up to 2 users: you plus one teammate you invite from your Account page. The invited user gets full app access except billing and account settings.

Does Geofound actually write the content for me?
Yes. Every playbook has a "draft it" button: Geofound writes the recommended page (a comparison article, use-case page, whatever the gap calls for) as clean markdown in your drafts library, portable to any CMS. Included on every paid plan.
Do I need to connect my website?
No. Visibility tracking, the core of Geofound, works with zero setup. Connecting is optional and takes one click via Cloudflare (or a WordPress plugin / code snippet); it adds a live view of which AI crawlers fetch which of your pages, proof the models are actually reading you. Included from Starter.
Why a confidence band instead of one number?
AI answers vary between runs. A single number would look precise and lie. We sample and show the honest range, so you trust the trend. Higher plans sample more, tightening the band.
Which AI assistants do you track?
Growth and Scale track all six core engines: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and ChatGPT Shopping. Starter tracks any three of the six. Grok and Gemini are optional add-ons on Starter and Growth, and included on Scale.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12: two months free. Add-ons follow your plan's billing cadence (yearly plans get yearly add-ons with the same 2 months free). You can start monthly and switch to yearly anytime; the trial works the same either way.
Can I change or cancel anytime?
