What we collect

Account details you give us: your name, email, and password (stored only as a secure hash).

The brands, competitors, prompts, and site details you add so Geofound can track your AI visibility.

Standard technical data such as log and usage information needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To run the product — querying AI platforms on your behalf, computing your scores, and generating recommendations.

To operate, secure, and improve the service, and to contact you about your account.

We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party services

To provide the product we send your tracked prompts to AI platforms (such as OpenAI, Perplexity, and Google) and use infrastructure providers for hosting and our database. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

If you connect a service (for example a Cloudflare API token), we store its credentials encrypted and use them only to fetch your crawler analytics.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@geofound.io.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA. We honor valid requests.

Security & contact

Passwords are hashed, sessions are stored server-side, and stored third-party credentials are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
